Spring Knoll’s primary products are the fifty to sixty varieties of wild flowers that grow on their Lancaster County farm. They come into season and are freshly cut from April to October. Arranging their flowers into bunches and pre-made bouquets, one of the popular arrangements they make is the “Country Bouquet” with it’s components changing throughout the year depending on whats in season. Depending on the month, it could contain Zinneas, Lisianthus, Statice, or Mexican Sage. The Sullivan’s also grow varieties of Pussy Willow, which they sell in decorative bunches. They carry several varieties of house plants, herbs, and vegetables as well. These usually are sold in the spring as starter plants for your gardens.

A unique item that is worth a look is the hand -carved wooden flowers that a are imported from Chile. Domingo Rubalar spends hours carving carving each of these unique and breath-taking decorations. He lives in the lakes region of Chile and the agreement the Sullivan’s have with Domingo is Fair Trade Certified.
